DescriptionHi Henry

Editech (Adapter Vender) will add their manufacture factory for good delivery.
- No model name changed.
- Labels are added (for each factory)
- add manufacture factory
  1. Gangheung (China)
  2. HAEM (Vietnam)

1. KC Certification : Skip
    I asked to 3party lab (One tech) for KC Cirtification. One tech answered there is no need to update Eagle KC certification
    because no adatper model name changed. and adapter only already updated KC certification.
    I update the KC certificatin for Editech adapter.

2. Reliability test
    ALT and Editech will cowork to verify the adapter. After finishing test, I'll update reports at mantis
    refer to attached file of test item.

Would you plz provide 3pcs sample from each factory for our RD to verify?
Just in case the change of manufacturing environment doesn't change the performance.
